Recently visited Symon 's, and was really disappointed with the experience. Crab soup was watery and no flavour smelt like they used 'octopus water ' while making the soup. Furthermore, steak ordered medium rare came in as well done, chewy and almost little to no taste. View all feedback.

The service was quick and friendly. The price of the food is a little more expensive than in other local restaurants. But the atmosphere levels it out again. However, the prices of the drinks are ridicules, for example a sparkling water costs the same as a beer! Wine is out of reach! I think this is because it's close to 5 stars hotels. A pity, but what can you do.
Some of the best butter chicken I’ve ever had. If you need a break from the hotel buffet this definitely satisfies the cravings. We had fantastic service and every food and beverage item served was exquisite. Can highly recommend a visit.
JAN 2023: After 3 years we were so excited to be able to return to one of our favourites, and if it was possible the food is even tastier! If 6 's was possible I would give them happily, consistently good, definitely worth a visit. JAN 2020: Indian and traditional Mauritian cuisine, one of our favorites on the East coast, always a treat, friendly staff and great food.
Excellent food and even better service. Good for Indian and Mauritian cuisine, and very good portion sizes, reasonably priced. Very accessible with english speaking friendly staff. They accept credit cards.
