What C doesn't like about Da Gabrisa:
Food was good, not great. Portions are really small and it’s quite pricey. I got the squid ink pasta and the pasta wasn’t cooked enough. I love an al dente pasta but this was way too hard. The octopus was actually REALLY tender and flavourful; definitely best part of the meal. I got a raspberry cheesecake to finish but it was just mouse over graham cracker crumbs and hardly a cheesecake. What really made us not want... View all feedback.

The octopus was actually REALLY tender and flavourful; definitely best part of the meal. I got a raspberry cheesecake to finish but it was just mouse over graham cracker crumbs and hardly a cheesecake. What really made us not want to come back was the service. Our waiters (we had multiple) kept forgetting about us and not attentive at all. We asked three times for oil and salt. We wouldn’t come back.
My wife and I ordered the 7 course tasting menu with wine pairings. For the price, the quantity of food they served was unmatched. The quality of the food was slightly above average, though. One of the highlights was the fact that they bring 7 different drinks (mostly wine) with each course! On one of the pourings, the waiter dropped the wine bottle on the street, almost causing it to break. Another course, a different waiter, accidentally dropped a steak knife on my wife's lap. Thankfully no injuries occurred but it could have been much different. To end the night, we bought a round of 4 limencellos for us and the couple next to us. I accidentally spilled my shot glass before drinking it, and had to ask for them to bring me a replacement. While they were only €5 per shot, they charged us for the spilled shot. Most higher end restaurants would comp the $5 spill. After all, they spilled wine and a knife, but my spill ended up being counted against me. In summary, if you're looking for quantity over quality, this is your place. I wouldn't recommend here, though. The service was poor, and it ultimately wasn't worth the nearly €400 final tab.
Cool spot but not a great view due to location. Food was delicious but portions were rather small for the steep price. They did accommodate a reservation time change which was great. Cool atmosphere and pretty romantic.
Excellent dinner in a super panoramic place! we tried the degotation menu, excellent dessert. special reception by the directors of wings and gabriele
A fantastic experience that goes beyond the quality of the chef's proposals. I was in this restaurant at dinner and I had the pleasure of knowing the owner gabriele, a real gentleman and passionate about his work that together with his impeccable staff accompanied us in an experience as you do with old friends. arrived a little early Gabriele greeted us at the corner bar that prepares with mastery fantastic cocktails, the dinner was a succession of dishes that sink the roots in tradition but proposed and reworked in an innovative and never discounted key, the chef knows well what he does and knows how to demonstrate. I highly recommend to close the meal with the magnificent desserts asking gabriele the best combination with its very refined distillates. thanks to all the staff, you made us feel at our house. the account on average but the experience is worth every single euro spent. password: confidence and confidence in the staff of the gabrisa, good gabriele and good everyone, soon.
