We can't say enough good things about this hotel. We booked it last year after reading good reviews online and it really did deliver. They are so accommodating and make you feel at home immediately. The front desk staff was always warm and welcoming. They answered all of our questions and even called a cab for our family when they stopped to visit. Great location and close to everything without having to walk massive hills/steps if you don't want to. We stayed in a junior suite which had an amazing view and we utilized it each day. Bed was so comfortable. They give you the option to have your breakfast delivered to your room which was lovely as well. Housekeepers were so attentive and stopped by each evening to make sure we had what we needed. We highly recommend Il Tridente as well one of our favorite meals in Positano. My husband and I had the most magical experience at Hotel Poseidon in June of last year for our honeymoon! The entire staff was lovely and Lilliana was excellent! She helped plan our entire trip. Once we arrived she even gave us a tour of the property and showed us to our room. We cannot wait to go back! This place is beautiful, we celebrated our honeymoon here and I wouldn’t change a thing. We got the top suite and the views were amazing! Most outstanding act of service, my backpack was left outside the hotel (thankfully not stolen) with my passport and everything that’s important. I called the hotel as I was in Sorrento the time.
