Cambrena - Poschiavo

What a gem of a place we often like to drive the Berninapass, and somehow we always end up doing it in the height of a whiteout. This wonderful respite offers a warm and friendly snug to travellers weary from the snow outside. Food is always lovely and there always seems to be someone interesting in there to talk with.

Perfect stop for a cup of coffee with a fantastic view (when the weather is good).

Short walk while waiting for the next Bernina. We ate outside, kissed by the sun. For me chestnut and mushroom soup, delicious and also very pretty because it is served in a white ceramic bowl and decorated with a few dried flowers
