What Genoveva Lind likes about Hong Kong Express:
Went to the air show and Google for Chinese food and they had good reviews, so glade that I took the road trip it's a mom and pop type of restaurant, you find what you want and order at the counter. If you are near Portsmouth N.H. go up and check it out. View all feedback. What Jules Thys doesn't like about Hong Kong Express:
the food was good, but when the order was submitted, it had a wrong object and when I asked for a replacement, they argued that they had given me the right order. they have finally created and congruently a replacement. the person on the counter apologised for the owners, but also an apology that they were tired and overworked. I don't do that with my customers. View all feedback.

While some have complained about wrong orders and disrespectful attitudes from the staff, others have praised the delicious food and friendly service. The restaurant is described as a mom and pop type of place, where you order at the counter. The menu offers a variety of options, with generous portion sizes at reasonable prices. The environment is clean and the food is fresh and well-made. Overall, opinions on Hong Kong Express are polarized, but those who enjoy authentic Chinese food and friendly service may find it worth a visit.
