Oscar's At The Holiday Inn - Portsmouth

Burger tasted well my daughter also liked her meal. Friends were good. I would have ordered the dessert, but they had the waitress double work and she never came back when the other person finally showed up, I only asked after check. We both like the fried zucchini sticks appetizer.

Oscar is a great place to have breakfast after having spent the night at the attached Holiday Inn. I was there on Monday morning and the restaurant wasn't busy. The waiter was attentive. I had prepared the Western Skillet as an omelette with orange juice. The food was great. A great start to the day!

I've blown away how big her food is. From her dinner rolls, her side salad, green beans... and HOLY COW literally melts in your mouth. Kristi was my waitress and she was super attentive and nice! I am disappointed from the city and can no longer visit this place! Oil

This place is never opened it's always empty there's no one there to wait on you there's no bartender there's nobody. It's like walking into a deserted restaurant. There's no smell of food or anyone who has been there previously at all. The menu prices are outrageous and it's supposed to be fine dining but there's literally no one there.
