I don't know what happened with them but in the past year our pizza's are either burnt or they have no flavor and don't have all the toppings that we ordered on it, the last one we ordered is getting threw out to the stray cats View all feedback.

We never had problems with order or delivery in New Boston, Oh Papa John's. We use online ordering that is super simple and can track the progress of our order including delivery. Our order is always accurate, the delivery fast and the food is hot. You should teach a class for many of the other restaurants in this area, they could stand to take a lesson or two.

My food was great, fresh and hot. It came in like 20 mins or less. But the reason why I didn't give 5stars is because no one speaks when you walk in the door. Everyone just look up at you and turn their heads. I want my food fresh of course but I love Customerservice as well. So I won't be returning back to this location because of that! That's not respectful at all
