beautiful place to eat in the old town norfolk. the staff was friendly and the food was good. only the reason I didn't give 5 starts was the bier selection. I thought it was a bit more diverse than it was. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Olde Towne Public House:
in total we liked the public house. we go back. reasons they get a 3 are below: I ordered a broken crabcake, steamed brokkoli carrots. the brokkoli kartoffels were on the spot! but the crab cake was not boiled, it was fried in a pan or a grid. it was very delicious and I found only about 8 pieces of crumb in it. it was very cold there with 3 or 4 high level ceiling fans. it made my eating cold before I was done. our... Autumn J. is a wonderful server! She was attentive and sweet! She even noticed I didn?t use my lime on my drink so she didn?t bring me one with my next drink. I had the veggie pizza and it was so good there wasn?t anything left!! If you are in Portsmouth and have some time for pizza and a drink be sure to stop by Olde Towne Public House and ask for Autumn, you won?t be disappointed!! They have a full menu other than pizza but that?s what we had so I can?t attest to how amazing anything else is on the menu.
Autumn was amazing. She was very attentive and happy. The food was amazing. The BBQ pizza was top notch. To top it off was only $9.99 for an 8?. Definitely will come back.
Eat there for lunch (driving off in the afternoon). The atmosphere was pretty cool. Fast, friendly service! The food was very good (Haben der 8 Buffalo Pizza). Will definitely be back here!
Great food and service. Do not go in summer as they are busy and your order will last. They also seem to be short employees. Pizza is always delicious, even if I'm not a big fan. Seafood, the crabs could have more crabs, but was still delicious.
Great service and a fun place for a group. All the different apps are fantastic, though the Irish nachos with the addition of brisket is my favorite. They have a good selection of beers, and an outstanding flight of whiskey, at a very reasonable price.
