America's Best Wings - Portsmouth

This is the worst location DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE... WAITED AN ENTIRE HOUR FOR 3 SALADS THAT I CALLED IN TO PICKUP. THEN GET THE SALADS AND THEY ONLY HAVE LETTUCE AND CHEESE....... HE ASKED ME IF I WANTED EVERYTHING ON THEM WHICH NORMALLY INCLUDES CUCUMBERS, TOMATOES, BELL PEPPERS, ONIONS....THEN YOU GIVE 1 2OZ CONTAINER OF DRESSING??? SINCE WHEN???

Their wings are great. They have a huge list of flavors, but sometimes I think they just throw random stuff together no matter what flavors you choose, because I've gotten the same kind (hot lemon pepper) several times and they always seem a little different. They make a show of separating flavors, but last time both tasted exactly the same...Their menu might just be too big... Never had any of the pizza, burgers, calzones, wraps, or shawarma, but the fried mushrooms are pretty good.

I placed an order through door dash and the food never arrived! Door dash said they couldn’t refund me so I called America’s Best Wings and they said they could not give me a refund either…the dashed never dropped food off it’s impossible to do so without calling because the apartment complex main door is locked! She left no pic of food or anything! I explained of if this to door dash and America’s Best Wings and I also told him I did not want a refund I just want food for my son who is sick and today he’s finally has an appetite and now THIS!!! I really don’t care because I’m gonna get my money back one way or another..my credit card company will refund me but this is insane how they are STEALING people money!!! Don’t go there and don’t use door dash either they are robbing us!!

STEALING....This company updated my transaction the next day and ADDED A TIP ELLEGALLY (STEALING). i did not add a tip to this order!! I went to the location off of london blvd spoke with the manager I asked for the RECEIPT THAT I SIGNED AND HE COULD NOT FIND IT. He told me this kind of mistake happens sometimes and to contact my bank...THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED at any restaurant in my life. Someone from this company had to physically go inside the system and change the transaction amount to add a tip. AND HE DID NOT FIND THE RECEIPT I SIGNED. He got upset with me started speaking loud and waving his hands in my face. Never trusting this location again!!!!

They have definitely fell off and the boy that’s always at the register be trying to make it seem like he don’t understand you just to add extra charges and is very rude I almost always have to put him in his place
