In addition to its great amenities, Aros hosts a variety of events throughout the year, including live music and film screenings in their theatre. One highlight is "Skyestory," a captivating production from 2019 that runs in the summer and possibly beyond. This show delves into the rich history of the island, offering fascinating facts and beautiful music. I highly recommend attending; we've been coming here for years and always discover new insights from the film.

Great place for a coffee. look forward to seeing what changes the new owners bring to this facility.

I had the pleasure of enjoying an early casual lunch at this deli. The flat white coffee was excellent, and I indulged in a massive ham sandwich called the croque bodach, which came with coleslaw, salad, and cocks (possibly meant to refer to a condiment or side dish). There's also a toasted version, but I felt it would be a shame to toast such wonderful bread! Unfortunately, I was too full to try a piece of cake, so I may come back later this week to sample some. The staff was friendly and cheerful. The only thing I missed was the variety of options I found at the Broadford location.

This place is absolutely ideal for catching a movie. The screen and sound quality are excellent, and there's plenty of space. The staff is very friendly and helpful when you arrive. The seats are spacious, although they aren't quite as comfortable as those in some of the larger cinemas nowadays, but that’s a minor detail that doesn’t overshadow the experience. The café and shop are also well-stocked.
