We where in town for a few days and all the locals said that we have to try the pizza ? from Pizza Factory, because it is great. So we went and got a large all meat ? pizza and added pineapple too. It only took them about 20 mins to make it from when we ordered it, and it was a busy Saturday night too. So all the rave reviews where true this was a great pizza ? and we will definitely be back to try out some more. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Pizza Factory:
Tonight, I ordered 24 wings, half bbq half garlic Parmesan..I got 24 wings that look like popcorn chicken, lie it was the bottom of the barrel pieces that had no garlic, no Parmesan and no bbq, just nasty plain chicken. The meal cost $32.00 and some cents plus a tip for delivery totaling $35.00 all for a meal I can?t eat. I called to let them know but it started to look like an issue for them to fix their mistake so... View all feedback.

Really good hand tossed pizza. Got the artichoke heart garlic pizza super yummy
Went into this establishment visiting from out of state… was treated like royalty…. The staff all communicated with me clearly about the wait time,, but also took the time to know me. Felt like home. I also received very yummy food I got a Hawaiian with ham and jalapeño onions bacon and cashew… as well as a cookie pizza which I enjoyed very much so. Thank you Amber Bobby and Brandon it was wonderful to meet you!
I don’t know what happened but seems there’s been some recent changes to the way their pizza is made. Word around town is the owners recently made changes and want everything measured out now, and that reduces the quality of pizza factory’s pizza. It’s just terrible now. What used to be worth the price for good pizza is now just bad, it’s dried out pizza with no cheese, no sauce and skimp on the toppings. As loyal customers who spend money on pizza, we’re thinking we won’t be back anymore if this is how they are going to make pizza that cost $27 for a large. And if they go up more, won’t be back still. Go back to making good pizza, Pizza Factory. You got some awesome workers but can’t make pizza the way they used to. Susanville Pizza Factory blows this Pizza Factory away and makes pizza the way you used too. Very disappointing! Do not recommend.
Was in here for pizza while camping the crew was very awesome and easy going.
