What Kamiko Manning (Kamiko Thatcher) doesn't like about Pizza Factory:
The restaurant has improved since the last owner, but the prices could be more affordable. They do not offer online coupons like most pizza places. The customer service is hit or miss, with some employees being friendly and efficient, while others seem unhappy and make mistakes with orders.
