What LeannD doesn't like about Stella:
It is basically two large very thin square sheets of pasta with pesto poured over it. Was served barely warm. We don’t mind paying premium prices for food if there is at least some effort put into the dish. One variety of house white wine to choose from €10 for 100ml was also poor. We expected much better. Worst dining experience we’ve had in Italy. Service was ok. View all feedback.

Very nice restaurant on the sea! eating is very tasty, especially the raw seafood I really recommend. also the wee we ordered was very good. prices are somewhat high, but this seems to be the regular price level in portofino. the waiters were very nice and helpful. recommended!
Ristorante nella piazzetta di Portofino, posizione molto bella, con tavoli all'aperto, atmosfera piacevole. personale cordiale e disponibile, buon servizio. il menu offre principalmente piatti di pesce, ottima qualità, anche opzioni senza glutine (pasta inclusa). conto eccessivo: non tanto per i corsi principali, in linea con la qualità offerta e la media della zona, ma per bevande extra e coperte, bottiglia d'acqua e caffè davvero eccessivo). prenotazione consigliata soprattutto per cene nei fine settimana.
Cucina eccezionale come presentazione eccezionale e personale molto bello e preparato il proprietario è davvero super consigliarlo altamente
Abbiamo pranzato in due, ottima cucina, ottima presentazione dei piatti, gentilezza e professionalità. Prezzo adeguati alla location. Portofino stupenda !!! Lo Stella da provare!
