The location is unparalleled on the sandy... read more World class views ruined by deplorable and incompetent management. This restaurant has the potential to be incredible. The location is unparalleled on the sandy beach of Santa Giulia. However, our experience was ruined by rude staff. We reserved a table for 9 and we’re given the table next to the back kitchen (dirty towels, table cloths visible). On the other side of our table, a large tree blocked our view of the sea. We kindly asked the management if we could move to another one of the available tables. However the hostess said she had reserved the table for friends. Note, it would have not been any logistical change as the other table was also a table for 9. At the end of the evening , three large tables including the one next to us remained available. As we finished our meals, we observed the staff remove all table settings from the table we could have easily enjoyed. The staff was inflexible , lacked hospitality and at the end of our stay when we mentioned our disappointment to them , they showed no empathy. These people are in the wrong business as they have no regard for customer service. What’s more, I was sick from the carpaccio that evening. No details necessary.

Expensive yes but I’m in Corsica I’m not going to deny myself. One big however is to be aware if you are COELIAC like me. The Risotto on the menu is not Risotto, it’s Risoni (sorry if spelt incorrectly). Although my/our meals were delicious, I consider that for a restaurant of this calibre, this menu mistake is not good (to put it lightly)

Lovely welcome, shown to a table straight away and then my wife and I were really looked after by numerous waiters and waitresses. There is a fantastic vibe here, young team and very professional with it i know we are not supposed to comment in these politically correct times on how people look, but I am sorry, they are all so damn cool and look great! Had some lovely banter also, and everyone was so patient with our poor French thank you to our main waitress who translated an answer to my concerns about the jellyfish! So, excellent service what about the food? Amazing we had just a starter each, very generous portions, the Tataki Thon was amazing, and a simple Caesar salad was anything but simple some lovely flavours, beautifully cooked chicken with a lovely crisp coating can't wait to return would happily eat here for a special occasion evening meal, not just as a place to have lunch on the beach – having an amazing view out to sea does really help complete a wonderful experience though!
