This is the kind of restaurants we love, where the goodness of the dishes blends with the beauty of the landscape. During dinner, which was excellent, we enjoyed a splendid sunset . The location is beautiful, eating here is an experience, it 's not eating . Even the desserts are the apotheosis! I recommend it if you come here to the Argentario. What Alessandro Bitossi doesn't like about Domizia:
TO AVOID I went with my partner to evaluate the location and restaurant to organize her next birthday party. Menu with very little choice (only one first and second course of fish) We took the cold spaghetti with tomato and scampi, it practically looked like pomarola pasta We hadn't finished swallowing the last bite and the second one arrived immediately, which if I went to a canteen I would find a better cooked turb... A total disappointment. All the dishes we ate were flavorless at best, but more often inedible. The tomato, pesto and cuttlefish risotto was anonymous and characterless and barely lukewarm. The turbot with fennel, oranges and hazelnuts didn 't really taste like anything and was barely warm too. But we hit the bottom with the warm parmigiana and cob mousse. Apart from the risky pairing of corn with parmigiana, the parmigiana itself was literally ICE COLD, just taken out of the fridge, truly shocking and inedible. Its sauce, which should have been hot, was barely lukewarm and went cold when it came into contact with the ice on the aubergines. It 's true that the menu indicated warm parmigiana but this had actually come out of the freezer!! So much so that after our complaint we were not charged for the dish, and the waiter made it clear that we were not the first customers to raise the problem!! Dessert without infamy and without praise, here too with the chef 's fixation on frozen dishes since on top of the brioche and jam he couldn 't avoid putting an ice cream or fruit semifreddo which made the dish worse, which perhaps could have been saved. Serious flaws in the service; we waited 15 minutes for them to prepare the table for us despite the reservation. In the meantime, the waiters were very calmly wandering around the various tables without really knowing what to do and with my wife and me stuck waiting standing... In short, a pretentious restaurant, with inadequate kitchen management and service not up to the (very high) prices charged. The only thing he has left is the location overlooking the sea but even more so the disappointment is total. Not recommended
An unmissable restaurant if you are on holiday at Argentario. We stayed at dinner in 9 for a bachelor party, agreeing in advance the tasting menu with Francesco, that not only was very kind but came to meet all our needs. The menu was of 7 courses excluding drinks at the cost of 70 euros per person, consisting of: Welcome Snack Sauce with tomato calamaretto, its black, orange Zuppetta di porro, raw scampo, lime Tagliolino with spernocchie, aromatic bread and parsley Rana fisherman, burned onion, beurre blanc, Pak Choi Predessert Cacio and pears. All delicious, including the service not intrusive but always attentive. The right portions if not abundant, from the second onwards we struggled to finish the remaining courses. The bill with water and 2 bottles of Vermentino was 75 euro per person, absolutely in line for the quality of the dishes and the professionalism of the service. What struck us most is undoubtedly the location, a wonderful view of the sea that really leaves breathless. A magical place, perfect for an unforgettable experience.

Recommended restaurant we had spent some days in the connected hotel, so we almost tasted the whole map. All dishes were very beautifully dressed, had a round taste without lace. The service was appropriately friendly and helpful. Small things could be challenged, but overall very good and appropriate. Priced in view of the fact that no coperto is charged and we usually get two amus gueule have absolutely all right.
