We were there early, shortly after the restaurant opened. And it kept filling up, with people passing by seeing how full it was who decided to come in. The for was very good, the service was slow but it's forgivable, there were only 4 waitress and they all running like crazy. View all feedback.
What PalCabral doesn't like about O pescador:
The only two good things I will say about this restaurant is that they were open and serving before six pm (when we were hungry) and that they had Sagres in the pumps. The rest was really nothing special. My remaining memory of Porto Covo is to come here for the scenery and not for the food. View all feedback.

Very good restaurant, very nice and professional waiter. The fish (of the day) was excellent, simple and efficient cooking.
They know how to grill fish, which was also fresh and flavourful. Salad half prepackaged not up to the main course. Experience was ruined by employees trying to sell as much as they could. After the fifth or sixth time they asked me if I wanted another drink I just stopped bothering.
Os funcionários são simpáticos, contudo não nos perguntaram se queríamos algum tipo de entradas. A comida vinha servida no prato, metade "bacalhau à Brás", metade salada. Não nos trouxeram temperos para a salada. O bacalhau mais parecia uma omelete, tinha muito ovo, pouco bacalhau e pouco sabor. Por dois pratos de bacalhau e uma cola pagamos 16,5€. Não provamos o marisco mas parece ser a única coisa que os visitantes falam bem.
