But for the Portuguese Pastry lovers, this is one of the best places in town, and definitely the best one to try traditional pastries from Amarante region, almost all made from egg yolks. I would recommend the trouxinha de ovos with 3 different textures (all made of egg yolks of course), and also the papos de anjo , a super fluffy ball made only with egg yolks and sugar syrup.
