Was there for our daughters birthday, the staff were very friendly and the prices were very reasonable.. The amenities were very clean and well maintained.. The food was great and they do cater for children. Recommended View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Thistle Bistro:
"The food is enjoyable, but the service feels more welcoming to locals. Staff members greet outsiders with a rather stiff and formal attitude. They don’t inform guests that they need to help themselves to additional items like cutlery, serviettes, or anything else from the trolley in the center of the restaurant. Additionally, the prices for alcoholic beverages are quite steep, and non-locals seem to be charged even more. For example, a Jack Daniel's is priced significantly higher.".
Service was slow, took nearly an hour for the meals to come out and they were lukewarm.

The service was excellent, the view of the harbor was stunning, and the food was enjoyable.
