Macs - Portland

Bar staff were very friendly, the food was ****. 300gm medium rate Scotch Filet Steak.... The best step I have in a great time!!! My wife had also carved the Texan, very nice. Well-made Macs!!!!

This place is absolutely brilliant! I love the architecture and the history, as well as the way they've decorated everything. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the food was both delicious and reasonably priced. I can't wait to stay on the third floor!

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The replica of a sailing ship hanging over the bar area is really impressive. The History Inn, built in 1841, adds to the charm of the place. We enjoyed drinks outside in the afternoon with a lovely view of the port, which was very pleasant. Last night, we returned for dinner, and the restaurant was bustling with patrons, which speaks volumes about its popularity. Our meals were served quickly and were absolutely delicious. The staff was cheerful and full of laughter, creating a fantastic atmosphere.

I took a day trip to Portland for lunch and was on the lookout for a great meal—and I found one! I enjoyed a $10 steak sandwich loaded with toppings, followed by a delicious homemade sticky date pudding drizzled with sauce for just $8. I couldn't have been happier; I was definitely satisfied!

Delicious NYE meal. Greek lamb salad really tender and generous half serve size. Chicken pesto pasta was delicious too. Brother enjoyed tasty Texan Schnitzel. Quick service for NYE, sat outside, lovely evening.
