After a long wait, I finally was able to have a proper experience at Central Provisions. Without getting into every detail of this culinary exploration. I’ll simply say it was as good as I hoped, with only one real misstep. The bone marrow dish. The marrow was lost in the cheese and breading. Heard great things about CP so decided to check it out while in town. We sat at in the seats looking into the kitchen which I always appreciate. Friendly service Small plates, tapas-style dining We aren't blue cheese or goat cheese fans so we probably shouldn't have ordered the cheese board.
I have enjoyed tapas [small plates] spots but had never been blown away by one until I ate at Central Provisions.
