Contribute FeedbackThe restaurant has a mix of reviews from visitors who had dinner there. One diner enjoyed their Trout Hauptdish and homemade bread, but felt the portion sizes were not generous enough for the price. Another reviewer found the restaurant closed despite having made a reservation through Open Table. On the other hand, one customer raved about the Chinese food experience, particularly the shrimp dishes, and promised to return. Another visitor thought the prices were high but enjoyed the wine selection and food taste. A couple had a wonderful evening dining with family and praised the chef's cooking skills. Lastly, a patron praised the wine selection, owner's hospitality, and delicious food. Overall, it seems like the restaurant offers a mix of experiences depending on individual preferences.
So far I've only been here twice, for music, and sat outside on the patio Overall the food was good quality and the service was also good.
My future mother-in-law and I had such a wonderful experience here.
We had a great lunch at Wa Jeal. Starting with scallion pancakes (yum) and ending with my chicken and broccoli (yum again) , the lunch deal (rice, main dish and soup) was very well priced and really delicious. The setting is wonderful--brick walls, and pretty decorations and the service excellent. Highly recommend!!
When we arrived, our table was already set up and the service was attentive. The food was mouth-watering and the prices were reasonable as well.
Truly the best Chinese food experience of my life! The shrimp toast was flavorful and the exterior flakey. The Shrimp Lo Mein and Spicy Shrimp with Peanuts were equally amazing dishes. Our waitress managed to make both dishes not hot, but kept all the flavors. Even the tea was fragrant and amazing. We will be back.
