This restaurant had fantastic steak, excellent service, and a perfect atmosphere! We ordered the tomahawk steak (a bit pricey, but totally worth it), a blue cheese salad, and some delicious cocktails. The bread was freshly baked and served with quality butter. If we have room next time, we'll definitely try the desserts too! The ambiance inside was light, elegant, and intimate. Dress up and indulge yourself at this p... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about The Steakhouse At 9900:
Salads and appetizers decent for price—best things were the bacon Caesar salad and mushrooms. Ribeye steak was average in tenderness, size and it came with two sides and a sauce but taste was average. Mostly tasted salt on the steak. The blue cheese butter, was strange in texture and taste. Steakbites were overcooked to well done and had to send them back. Even the rare done replaced ones were not tender. Bourbon sau... View all feedback.
Great staff and great food! Especially the rib-eye!! One of the best ever!
Came here to celebrate the buddy’s engagement. First of all, we didn’t realize it was literally inside the Best Western so we initially drove around a bit confused before finally walking into the hotel lobby and finding the lounge just up the stairs. The lounge itself is very nice. Several comfy sitting areas featuring leather furniture and plenty of TVs if you’re there for a game. The main wall even has several screens Vegas style. The cigar selection isn’t huge but there’s plenty enough to choose from. There’s also a full bar, which was the main reason we came here over some other areas. The woman helping us out was amazing. Cut and lit the cigars for us and even held the lighter during the initial puffs to get a good burn going. Great service and really good scratch cocktails. I can’t remember her name, but she was awesome!Would def recommend ??
I was at the Chamber 9900 last night, I was greeted by a kind warm welcoming bartender, she was very helpful and she recommended a cigar that I should try the AJ Fernandez Caldwell The T cigar I ordered a Islay sour drink and it was delicious, I had Arancini Fried risotto balls stuffed with goat cheese 7 marinara sauce, grana Padano, everyone there were very nice to chat. I give this cigar bar a 5 star rating. There were limited cigars in the humidor. You can bring your own cigars. I'll be going back to my new favorite cigar bar. The chairs were very comfortable and they had lots of tv screens with different channels on. They have free wifi. My last drink before closing the bar down for the night was Bacardi gold and coke. The bill came to $50 for 2 drinks, bites and a cigar
I remember when this was under shilo inn this place is great to smoke some cigars nice environment, nice big leather chairs you can get alcohol, food. If you are lucky enough you can get a seat by one of the windows, or watch TV on one the screen monitors they have. This place is so cool. You have to spend at least 20 dollars in the chamber, you have to order something in there.
Our food was wonderful and so glad that the restaurant is back giving a great place to go here on the westside of Portland area for a great steak
