I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! I visited on January 2 with my family. We were greeted promptly and taken to a larger room with a projector since the bar area was full. The woman who welcomed us offered to put on the Patriots game for me, which was a nice touch. Our waiter was incredibly friendly and attentive. The atmosphere, service and food were exceptional. Excellent crispy chicken wings, delicious roasted fresh beet and goat cheese salad and fantastic fish tacos. Loved it and can’t wait to go back !!!! Oh and we dined on the beautiful outside deck!!!
Shhhhh, don’t tell anyone I told you about this place. It’s on the wharf; off the main drag and doesn’t look much from the outside. Inside, there’s Great food and drink and very reasonably priced. Their lobster roll is outdamnstanding
Sat outside watching the lobster boats while eating lobster rolls and draft beer! Waitress was great! Had a blast!

We bring our guests to The Porthole Restaurant Pub on our Taste of Portland Foodie Tour and the staff do a great job here. Everyone enjoys the lobster rolls and clam chowder as well as the lobster cracking presentation.
