What User doesn't like about Thai Pod:
It used to be my trip to Thai. Quality is gone. My order had no spices, although I demanded medium. When I opened the box to get my rice, the rice was in a plastic bag that was ripped too long so it was hard paste as rice. Not sure how bad you can screw rice, but they certainly tried. Do not go back, they can hold their microwave-shaped rice blob. View all feedback. What User likes about Thai Pod:
I ordered the pad Thai chicken that was perfect. The sweet and acidic sauce that comes with the spring rolls has a ton of red pepper flakes in it, so it is quite hot. It was too hot for me. I told the waiter I wanted mild spices in my order. It could have been a language barrier, or they pre-make it and are not able to serve it without additional red pepper flakes in it. read moreThai Pod offers a mix of quality and inconsistency. Some diners praised the fantastic dishes with flavorful and well-balanced spices, while others reported bland or excessively spicy food. Friendly service and a welcoming atmosphere were highlighted, but some found the waitstaff lacking in communication or ambiance. The prices were considered reasonable, and the management received accolades for providing excellent customer service. Overall, Thai Pod shows promise but may disappoint diners seeking a consistently exceptional dining experience.
