What User doesn't like about Thai Peacock:
The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and was quite busy during my visit. After a brief wait, I was seated and decided to try the Thai Basil fried rice with trout (as shown in the picture). While the dish was good overall, I felt that the signature flavor of Thai basil was lacking. The fish was acceptable, and I did finish the dish, which says something. Wow! I was truly impressed by the flavors, the speed of service, and the quality of the food. One of the waitstaff seemed a bit rude and rushed one of my guests when they inquired about vegan options in the fried rice. However, I can understand this given the number of customers they were serving. I would appreciate a little more patience from the waiting staff.
