Subway - Portland

I've noticed that there’s a woman who is consistently working alone during my visits to the store between 6-8 PM. While I don’t know her name, I want to take a moment to acknowledge her incredible work ethic and professionalism! The store is always clean and well-stocked, and my sandwiches are consistently made to perfection. She's truly exceptional!

THANK YOU, SAMANTHA!! I went to the beach today with my family and ended up getting food poisoning. My stomach was in agony on the way back, and we had to make an emergency stop at the nearest restaurant with a restroom—thankfully, it was a Subway. Usually, you need to buy something to use the restroom at most places because it’s “for customers only.” In my rush, I promised I would make a purchase afterward if I could please use their restroom, and Samantha graciously said, "Of course!" I spent about an hour struggling in there, but I truly appreciated Samantha, the friendly and understanding staff member. Great job, Subway! You really hit the jackpot with her!
