What S S likes about Starbucks:
I didn't get what I was wanting, so I called them and asked if i could get a little extra of some things and they said to just come in, and they would remake it for me since I paid like $6.75. I thought that was really kind and good custo.er service because some places are rude. They aren't obligated to give a remake so I had no idea what to expect when I called in. Great Starbucks staff and fast service, but they always make these drinks too sweet. I asked for light sweetner on the two sweet cream vanilla cold brews I just bought and once again they come out ultra sweet. This is pretty consistent with this Starbucks, it's just the closest one so I wish they'd actually follow recipes and directions... View all feedback.
