I've dined at Sinju several times, and they consistently deliver excellent quality every single time. While it can be on the pricey side, their happy hour menu is fantastic. I personally enjoy sitting at the bar or outside, as the atmosphere is very inviting. The bartenders are also generous with their martinis! View all feedback.
This used to be one of my favorite sushi places, but now I prefer Mio Sushi. The atmosphere here is nice, and the staff are friendly. However, the rolls are a bit pricey for the quality you get. That said, the sushi is still quite good—I'd rank it among the top three in Portland.
I visited this restaurant for drinks on a sunny Saturday. Unfortunately, the outdoor seating really needs some heating. However, the bar area is beautiful, and the maitre d' was polite and efficient. The drink menu is diverse and extensive. We ordered a lavender oolong tea, a Northwest Berry Cosmo, and a Sinus Margarita. The Sinus Margarita had a serious kick, thanks to the sriracha and Thai chili — it could definitely pack a punch! However, I think the list of dishes to pair it with might be somewhat limited. The Northwest Berry Cosmo was delicious, perfectly balanced without being overly sweet — just bursting with berry flavor. The tea started off well, but as we chatted, it continued to steep and became bitter due to the type of teapot used. The food being served at other tables looked great, so I definitely want to come back for a meal. The service was a bit slow, so I'll reserve my final judgment until our next visit when we try the food.

My daughter and I often go to sinju to begin with the ahi tower. thunfischtar in sesame oil base over crab creamy wasabi sauce, avocado on sushi rice. it tastes as good as it looks and it always looks amazing
