Contribute FeedbackOverall, the reviews for this restaurant are mixed. While some diners enjoyed the quality of the food and the friendly service, others found the experience to be underwhelming. Several customers mentioned that the restaurant was a bit overpriced, but worth it for a special occasion. The noise level in the restaurant was a common complaint, with some diners struggling to enjoy their meals due to loud banquets in the neighboring room. Despite varying opinions, many praised the authenticity of the Japanese food and the skill of Chef Naoko. Some even considered it a must-try in Portland for those seeking a unique dining experience.
This place was such a breath of fresh air!! Coming from Hawaii, we've been finding that it's not easy finding legit Japanese food so we made reservations
Here what we ordered -Tofu appetizerCustard textureVery different -grilled salmon with sweet miso sauceA bit too saltyBut delish.
Decent first experience, with mostly great flavors but mediocre service for the price.
Excellent service, food, atmosphere. Hearty portions well prepared + excellent service.
This restaurant is so pretty inside and you also have an option of the outdoor patio seating. The food was awesome and worth the price. Delicious Sangria! Definitely coming back!
