Sheridan Fruit Company - Portland

I shop at Sheridan Fruit every couple months, primarily to get roasted hazelnuts. They have a nice variety of fresh vegetables, a changing and interesting assortment of beers, and some exotic condiments. Another plus is that they are adjacent to Office Depot. I park there, shop there first, finish at Sheridan Fruit.

A great spot that offers quality produce and meats. I normally come here for their fantastic sandwiches from the deli and their food items from their food cart located in front of the store. The cart orders daily specials which are normally under $7 and other items. The deli area makes some of the best sandwiches at reasonable prices. Its definitely a place that fulfills the cravings.

Sheridan's Fruit is so much more. Who'd of thunk a fruit company would have such a vast collection of top quality meats, including over 20 varieties if handmade sausage and several choice smoked meats. My favorite is the Smoked Pork Chop yet their Pastrami is always delicious. You can expect top tier local produce, organic options, light groceries, and beers. It's easy to miss their bulk section which is fully loaded and my new spice cabinet. Their employees are wonderful and helpful. I can't say enough good things about everyone involved. Seriously the Best of the Best grocers I've ever found.

I mostly just get produce here, there's a fantastic selection of apples and mushrooms specifically. You can also buy a bunch of stuff here from bulk which is neat, all sorts of flours, beans, grains etc. The staff are pleasant people too which is nice, I always enjoy coming here

Limited selection but they have good stuff. Local meats labeled by farms which I really like. Prices are a little expensive but not outrageous.
