After a long day along the coast, we decided to stop for lunch at Santa Maria Fe. The service was quick, and the charming gentleman behind the counter was very friendly. What User doesn't like about Santa Fe Taqueria:
The food was enjoyable, and I liked my taco. However, I found the prices to be quite outrageous. They were higher than what you'd pay for sit-down Mexican restaurants on the same street, and the quality was only average in comparison. For example, a single street taco cost $7, and chips and salsa were $3.50, which are typically complimentary at most other places. If you wanted guacamole, that would be an extra $9. The food was delicious, and our server Walter was outstanding. He was very friendly and personable, making our experience even better.
Freddy, the bartender, is professional, entertaining, and offers fantastic recommendations. As a loyal customer, I appreciate the consistently great service and delicious food, which will definitely keep me coming back.

We had a great experience here. It was our first time and the staff was super friendly and helpful. We had nachos and enchiladas. Both were delicious! Clean and plenty of space. The tables were not too crowded. I will definitely be back.
