Portland City Grill

Really great place: service was excellent. appetizers were pretty good garnel cocktail, tempura garnel, and skallop crudo. pretty well humiliated my star of one. the escaped were good, but a colleague steak came out when it was under a heat lamp and not very fresh hot. that was disappointing. our other two entrees (lamb chops and ribeye) were better presented. overall it was a good experience and dinner. some glitter; hopefully only this day. will be updated here after the next time.

We went to this restaurant to celebrate the phalloplasty of our childhood friends and it was the best experience of all time. the food was divine (I recommend the braided bark short ribs! and the service was impeccable. If I ever come back to portland, this will be the first stop directly from the plane! very intimate setting and pleasant. love this place!

Very tasty and worth every penny. eating was great and the sight was breathtaking.

We all enjoyed our meals. Both steaks were delicious, scallops were cooked perfectly and the fish was just right. The side were delicious too. We went at night, and didn't get as much of a view. The food was so good we decided we need to go back for lunch some time, so we can enjoy the view. The portions weren't huge, but no one left hungry. We parked in the garage under the building and it was easy to get in and get out.

Wonderful experience and staff. Will definitely return for a fun night.
