The food was, as always, fantastic. However, I feel like the big guy at the front counter could really use a hug. I’m posting this because I know he’ll see it eventually. I ordered online and picked up my food, and when I asked for a few extra ranch packets (just one in the bag), it seemed to confuse him. He started to ring me up and then made a comment about why they would wait, not realizing he was talking to me. H... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen:
All i did was go in to order my food and when the man came up to take my order he was too quiet and unclear about who he was talking to. So i asked if he was talking to me or someone on the mic and he sarcastically waved his hands around and said do i look like i have earphones in?!? I responded with why you being so rude, i just wanted to order a burger and he left the register. I tried to ask for the manager but i... View all feedback.
I just had one of the rudest experiences of my life with a staff member named Roger Daukins. I'm not sure if he has an issue with women in general, if it was just me, or if he simply lacks respect for others. He was dismissive and didn't acknowledge me properly, despite the fact that I had my app ready and had placed my order correctly. I had expected to dine in at the restaurant, so I decided to place my order at the register instead. I won't go into all the details of our conversation, but it’s clear that he shouldn’t be working in customer service. I can’t believe that Popeyes would allow someone like him to interact with customers. I have been using the app for five years and typically eat there at least twice a month, so I know how it works. It's essential to treat others how you want to be treated, Roger Daukins!

I order from this restaurant often and usually leave tips. However, tonight I purchased a 12-piece family dinner and requested two mashed potatoes as sides. Unfortunately, I only received one, and the chicken was dry. Given that I spent $55, I'm quite disappointed. Typically, the food is good. It's currently 7 PM. Service: Takeout, Meal type: Dinner.

He continued to express frustration about the ranch situation, suggesting that customers just stand there staring at the menu while they wait for their orders. Honestly, I found the whole interaction quite amusing. I hope your day improves, buddy—here's to getting that ranch straightened out!
