Brisket is supposed to die. Fork delicate, just the right amount of smoke. Recommended 1lbs plate to share. Only for two. Great ambience and staff very nice and accommodating. Chocolate turtle cheesecake rounded off the night. We'll be back. Add to our favorites list.

I had great hopes for Noble, and it wasn't bad, just not your typical Bbq. They hack a smoked shoulder that was super delicate and had great taste. The disadvantage is that the meat cubes were sometimes really fat (what I get is what makes it delicate). I'm just not a fan of fat meat. The shredded pieces under the cubes sat in the meat drink, which I also did not find the appetite. You use a mustard and vinegar base bbq sauce that you get on the page. I like this base so I enjoyed it, but my friend didn't. They did not offer more traditional Bbq sauce, but we did not ask. The pages were good! I'd try something else on the menu again. The strawberry margarita is amazing! That wasn't my favorite style of pork.

Fantastic grain bread! Super crisp pommes. I also cost the pickles. Brisket was delicious, but more fat than I want. Next I try the chicken!

I had the reubs it was on the pricy side at $17 but it was really delicious. Staff was friendly. it had a parking space with half a dozen or so places and a similar number of tables and a bar. they also had seats outside.
