Long wait times and lack of management intervention proved frustrating for some diners. However, others enjoyed delicious meals and great service. The lobster bisque and steaks were highlights, while some found the sides lacking. The atmosphere is relaxing, and outdoor seating offers an outstanding view. A few issues with service were noted, but overall, M&S Harborview is recommended for those looking for a nice dining experience with good food and a pleasant ambiance.
The best thing about M&S Harborview is the view, which is saying a lot because the food is pretty good, too. I started with the lobster bisque. Tasty but not a showstopper. My partner and I each had a steak, ribeye and NY Strip respectively. Both were seasoned almost perfectly. Mine was a bit overdone for medium rare. The sides were a bit bland and mine, asparagus, was a bit mushy. We skipped dessert. The service was great- always there for anything we needed without hovering. Highly recommend
We ordered all the suggestions that the waiter recommended and it was delicious! Then we went over to the bar side for cocktails afterwards and again had really wonderful service. Relaxing atmosphere
I enjoyed every part of my meal and great service. They will tell you to put a mask on inside for seconds for some reason, other than that I’d say for this restaurant

Beautiful spot, awesome service and food. Even with the stress of covid restrictions, they were kind and accommodating
