We love eating here when visiting Portland. My husband is from the East Coast and considers the food “old school” Italian food. The service is always stellar. Don’t forget to ask for the free focaccia bread. View all feedback.

Was hoping it would be good based on reviews but was very disappointed in the food. Great gluten free pasta! Good wine selection. Slow service but hey overall realy good.
Was hoping it would be good based on reviews but was very disappointed in the food. The bottle of wine I selected was superb (vintage of wine didn't match the menu) for the price, and the service was great. I got the Bolognese, and my friend got the eggplant. Unfortunately the food tasted very processed and was overburdened with cheese. Pasta wasn't overcooked, but didn't feel fresh. The artwork and ambience was great for an Italian restaurant. I just wish the food matched the rest of it.
Mama mia was a great experience. eating was amazing and the personal was attentive and friendly! I had the ricotta gnocchi with pesto sauce and huh, and it was *cooked.* I also tried the bruschetta board and crispy brussel sprouts. everything was so delicious, I was very impressed. the food came out quickly and we let ourselves be satisfied. next time I will try a dessert! two thumbs up
I had the smoked salmon spinach ravioli. I never thought that was a good pairing. it was excellent. the service was a very romantic place also. I highly recommend it.
Had taken a few nights and it was so good that we decided to dive tonight. I have the sampi and the kalbs, both incredible and the chef was worth coming personally. had two persons, at 6:00 a.m. on Sunday easy place (maintained a table only for the case, but was not necessary.) service was fabulous, our water cups were never empty. dessert is as good as it comes, both the cheesecake and the tiramisu were delicious and cuddly. going a espresso with dessert is essential for me, and it was a perfect pairing. tl;dr the delivery was so good we came in person and the food and service was fabulous in inside too.
