Was Hamala Makala at Grassa a mag?
Haven’t eaten at many restaurants who claim all their pasta is hand made. Normally wouldn’t choose a place like this but a friend wanted to meet up here. Their menu has changed drastically since a couple months ago, would highly recommend the pesto. The Mexican corn flavor was also fun to try. View all feedback.
If you visit this restaurant, you must try the pasta or the garlic bread. They prepare the pasta right on-site, and the presentation of the dishes is outstanding. It would be wonderful to see some photos of the meals as well. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with a great atmosphere!
The food was fantastic and the service was exceptional! I really appreciate the laid-back atmosphere of the restaurant, yet the quality of the food is outstanding. The prices are also quite fair, and the portion sizes are generous. I visited on a weekday at 3 PM and there was no wait at all. There are plenty of seating options both indoors and outdoors. I highly recommend Grassa!
Grassa is undoubtedly one of my favorite pasta spots in Portland! If you haven't been, I highly recommend checking it out. The atmosphere is trendy, enjoyable, and relaxed. Their prices are reasonable, and the quality of the food is excellent!
The Spring Pea Ravioli was the most indulgent dish I've enjoyed in a long time. The vegetables were incredibly fresh and crunchy, and the yuzu added a lovely complexity. The Delicata Squash Fritters tasted like donuts—absolutely irresistible!
