Fish Sauce - Portland

I tried the Garlic Wok Vegetables, and I’m not even a vegetarian— they were amazing! Our table was constantly filled with generous bowls of food, and everyone left satisfied and full. Plus, we enjoyed some delicious cocktails and an incredible '90s R&B playlist. Overall, it was an excellent experience! Food: 5/5

The food was just average. I’ve tried fish sauce wings at several restaurants, and these were undercooked and lacked flavor. The kalbi ribs were also mediocre, and the portion of kimchi was disappointingly small. The drinks weren’t good either; the cups were very unclean, and they didn’t even provide straws, which was off-putting. Overall, it gave off a tourist trap vibe. The prices were steep for what you get, and the Vietnamese food didn’t measure up—there are better options elsewhere.

Honestly I was blown away. The pork belly just FELL APART under MY SPOON. The lemongrass chicken and the shrimp were grilled to juicy, perfection. My cocktail (Vietnam Mule) was the only thing I 'd classify as okay . Really a great spot.Food: 5/5

Excellent dinner, I had the Bo Kho and the beef was substantial, soft, and flavorful. I would also recommend the Thit Kho which might be their signature dish. The kimchi is also handmade and slightly different from Korean Kimichi. It was sweet, sour, and tangy. Would come again next time I’m in the area!
