We went in the afternoon and they were out of most things. I think to stay open into the afternoon would be good if they can have more options. I thought the Stracciatella cake was ok but it was too sweet for me and only had a few bites before I had to stop. On the other hand, the cream puff was stunning. It was absolutely fresh, with a delightful pastry and divine custard. However, it was overwhelmed with too much whipped cream that didn't seem very fresh, so I ended up removing most of it to fully enjoy the custard and puff. It's wonderful to find a bakery that strives for excellence, and I genuinely appreciate that.
I had the delight of visiting this afternoon with my daughter, and wow, everything was absolutely delicious! We tried the pop tarts, macarons, cookies, and a chickpea sweet potato hand pie, and every bite was fantastic. The pastry was perfectly flaky. I can't wait to return!
I've been enjoying their chickpea hand pie and marionberry pop tart from my local coffee shop for some time now, so I decided to visit their bakery to try more of their offerings. Not a single item disappointed! Everything was bursting with flavor and perfectly baked. I especially loved the everything bagel galette, macarons, and pesto pop tart. Additionally, I appreciate their commitment to reducing food waste by offering discounted items on the Good to Go app.
Darling and delicious. Really impressive bakery. The cake was beautiful AND delicious so were cookies and pastries.
