Such great food. Shared a meal with a friend from out of town and we were delighted by our dinner. Baba ganoush, vegan mezzanine, chickpea stew, wine and specialty cocktails were a hit. Also the pita! View all feedback.
What Marie Lisa doesn't like about Dar Salam Lazurdi:
Waited an hour before we got our appetizer and then main food. Spoke to waiter several times asking if food was coming and he acknowledged the wait. After an hour we got up to leave and food then came out. Service and food disappointing. Also lack of acknowledgement of edit they could have at least brought out appetizer which was hummus. Will not go back. View all feedback.
Came here for lunch the other day to try the buffet and it was wonderful! The staff was so friendly and welcoming.
Highly recommended, fast service, lovely staff. The atmosphere is amazing and the decoration represents the civilization of Iraq.
Easy five starsEverything about this place is incredible: the ambiance, the service, the menu, and of course the food.
Booked an early dinner, wanted to check this place out for a while. Having read some of the reviews, I was a little reluctant, but we were promptly seated. Ordered drinks, the bar was a little slow, but nothing to complain about. My wife ordered the steak salad, which was good. I ordered the prime burger and sweet potato fries and a salad. Burger was really good, two patties cooked to order, they brought fries instead of the sweets, but they corrected the mistake and the sweet potato fries were tasty. Would have been better hot. The salad was fresh with two big strips of bacon. Overall the food, service and ambiance of the restaurant was between fair and good. Might give them another shot, but wouldn't rush back.
Great food. Great staff. The experience was fantastic and so was the good.
