This place serves some of the best food around, and it’s owned by two fantastic siblings. I was upset when they moved out of Happy Valley, but I’m really excited they found a spot in Beaverton. Definitely try the pansic! View all feedback.
What Deven Sanford doesn't like about Chicken Adobo At Bethany Village:
This place is really hit and miss. I can stop here 1 day and the food is good, 4 stars good. I can then stop in the next two times and it tastes like it was heated and one or two days old. The food can also be too salty. The chickenadobo can be good together with one of the shrimp shells, but it is too hit/miss. We will still stop in fact, but wish it would be more consistent View all feedback.

One of my new favorite take out spots. I really like the Chicken Adobo with garlic rice. No frills, but the food is really tasty!
Absolutely fantastic! I couldn't resist taking countless pictures. This place is amazing and has an incredible Atlantic vibe. I love it!

I was expecting a typical hole-in-the-wall setup, but I found the menu to be relatively straightforward. I appreciated that the dishes were likely to be fresher due to the limited variety. The rice was perfectly cooked, and the sauces were subtle without being overwhelming. I ordered the shrimp adobo with green beans, and I honestly expected the green beans to be overcooked; however, they were pleasantly crunchy and complemented the marinade beautifully. Initially, I thought the portions looked a bit small, but by the time I reached the last bite, I realized it was actually the perfect amount—so props to them for their portion control. The service was quick, and the staff were friendly. I also want to mention the rice; I've eaten at other Filipino restaurants where the rice tends to be dry, but this rice was superbly cooked. It's a small detail, but poorly cooked rice can ruin the entire dining experience. I would definitely come back for more!
