Cassidy's Restaurant - Portland

My husband and I stumbled into Cassidy’s after getting lost looking for an open and suitable option for late night food/drinks. Most places were closed, there were long lines, or it was just “bar food”. I’m so glad we went! Our waiter was so kind and funny, I enjoyed one of the best martinis I’ve ever had (I ordered 2), and the food was clearly fresh. It was one of the nicest overall dining experiences we’ve had.

I love Cassidy’s!!! The only place in Portland that has an actual chef cooking after hours. Food is absolutely DIVINE!!! I’ve tried a few items on the menu and absolutely everything was outstanding. The service we received was incredible as well! Thank you Bob Jen!

Made a reservation for 10, table was ready when we arrived. Our server was very polite and answered all questions about the menu. The Appetizers were delicious, shrimp corn cakes and chicken spring rolls. Our entries were served hot and our entire party was served at one time. The entries had very nice presentations. My lamb ragu was delicious, the meat was very tender and flavorful. My wife's pork shank with polenta was super tender. Our entire party was very satisfied with their meals. Well done to the entire staff

The Bartender and the pheasant were the only positives I could give this place. That being said, they were amazing and memorable. The atmosphere was bland and a tad sad and my drink was merely okay.

Great food and service. chef rames is excellent and top notch! go to cassidy’s and try one of his amazing creations!
