Customers have complained about long wait times, cold and burnt food, and dirty serving conditions. On the other hand, some visitors have praised the unique cultural food offerings, friendly atmosphere, and delicious dishes such as the fish cakes and lemon dessert. Overall, opinions on this restaurant seem to vary greatly, with some diners vowing never to return while others plan to give the establishment another chance.
SO YUMMY. They bake all their bread and my gosh. The 20 minute wait for freshly baked scones with the best raspberry jam and clotted cream? This meal transports me back to my trip to Highclere Castle!
Full English is beyond dank. Smoked salmon hash very much on point. All of the food we had was delicious and super cute. Also, inside I didn't have to hear broke Californian refugees screaming.
Just went to this place for some dessert. It was wonderdul. Come for the carrot cake! I'll post again when I have a real meal.
Some of the best food in town. Well made and it takes awhile to get but worth it. Great place to take visitors!
This restaurant offers a true Portland experience with a laid-back and relaxed atmosphere, excellent service, and delicious food. It may be a bit slow when busy due to limited staff, but they always strive to provide a great experience. The salmon, sardine, and mocha are particularly noteworthy. I highly recommend this restaurant for those who value taking things slow and enjoying the moment.
