We visited Il gelato di mennella twice on our holidays at Napoli. First time was amazing and we were very pleased with the gelatos. Second time, my 2 year old was super tiered so I left her with my partner at our B&B and went on my own to buy gelatos for the family . It was Sunday eve and they were very busy. Exceptional gelato,, especially pistachio, vanilla and solte di M. Generous portions, welcoming staff.

I did ask them if I need to go and get my baby to actually be served and they said yes ! Obviously I didn’t order anything and was super disappointed . Shamed as the gelatos were very good but the staff was not sensible at all.
I've tried Menella rock and coconut ice cream flavours. Both were delicious. I would definitely like to come back and try more!
One of the best if not the best. Ordered yoghurt flavour... creamy delicious all in a great part of napoli
Best gelato in Italy absolutely loved it I highly suggest the the chocolate gelato you can see how they make the cone and definitely can smell it absolutely the best.
