I was there and purchased 3 trays of gnocchi, I warned the operators in advance that my wife is allergic to provola cheese and a lady, acting like a know-it-all, told me with certainty that there was only and exclusively fiordilatte inside. I called and I spoke to the owner and he told me that the fiordilatte had run out and therefore the chef had added the Provola. Tell me if this is the way to act.
