Hello, I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant where I had to wait for 30 minutes before anyone acknowledged me, and even then, they said I could only order online or walk in. They didn't even take my order, and the food sat there waiting while I waited inside. The staff seemed disorganized, and when I tried to speak to the manager, she was rude and seemed like she didn't care. It's frustrating to see people working in that manner when you are paying for a service. I hope they can improve their service in the future.
Make sure to double-check your orders as they forgot to include my wings in the bag this time. Last time I visited, they also forgot my cheese fries.
This restaurant has always been very pleasant. Irene, the manager, is top-notch! She is always helpful and goes out of her way to accommodate customers.
