We were recommended this place by someone while in town for dental appointments. We are big fans of Chinese food! The buffet here has a nice selection, but unfortunately everything is served cold. The restaurant could use some cleaning, especially the restrooms. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Panda:
We visited this restaurant at 3 o'clock on New Year's Day and had a terrible experience. It felt like we had been eating all day there. The rice was extremely hard and the chicken was not fresh. This was by far the worst meal I have ever had at any restaurant. I will never dine here again, even if it is the only option left in the city! View all feedback.
I have always loved this restaurant that being said I decided to support local business after Covid shut everything down. I ordered food here. They served me ROTTEN food. I called to tell them and they didn't apologized. Instead told me I was lying. Took the food back. No refund. Decided again to give them another chance. Called in an order and went to pick it up. Woman at the counter told me they gave my order to someone else because I ordered it so long ago. Then looked at her phone to tell me how long it had been. It had been less than an hour. Walked out and I will never go back. Worse customer service ever. Thanks for nothing. Also, I will tell everyone I know not to dine here.
Most everything on the buffet was cold and not cooked very well.
This of course is my only opinion. The food was cold and completely made my appetite disappear. Then there was a fly in my drink but I'm sure it fell from the roof cause there were flys there. Some stuff we're not properly cooked. I just really did not like this. If you want to eat in quietness then I mean this place just might be it...
