Domino's Pizza - Portales

We ordered a pepperoni pizza. Shortly after, we received a missed call and a message. When we tried to call back, no one answered. We called the other number that had called us, and when someone answered, there was no response on the other end of the line, just background noise. We assumed they were just confirming the order, as we saw that the pizzas were being prepared. My husband picked up the order and no one said anything. When we got home, we realized they had put ham on the pizzas instead of pepperoni. We called the restaurant and they informed us that they had run out of pepperoni and intended to call us, but they had not left a message and did not inform us when we picked up the order. It was disappointing, but they offered us two free pepperoni pizzas on our next order.

The pizza at this restaurant is delicious, but they really need to take care of the weeds in their walkway. It gives off a very unprofessional appearance and shows a lack of attention to detail.

Wonderful experience. The food here surpasses what we make at home.

From all the dominos I have ordered, this is the only place that makes it right every time! and even it was my fault that I screwed up my order tonight, they did it right! I would give 10 stars, but I'm only allowed 5!

The Alfredo sauce pizza is really good!!! The staff are always friendly and respectful!! A true reflection of the Management!!
