Terrible service. My drink was not as usual, I asked the person who was serving some extra coffee and he told me that he had to charge me extra. is seriously? I was waiting for my coffee for 10 minutes and at that time I saw how they prepared 8 cold coffees and they threw everything that was left in the blender away and they want to charge me a little extra coffee to accommodate my drink that tasted like chocolate milk? she just didn't want to fix my problem.

Everything here is just delicious and service pretty friendly. The best hot chocolate without a doubt.

The girl working the counter was very rude. Didn't greet customers. No smile. I didn't get the drink I ordered because she is too busy distracted with ear buds in. When I asked about my drink she snatched up the drink and threw it out. She said I didn't heat the rest of your order

Workers are usually kind, the drinks are super good, and the prices are fair.

I come to this location often and I never have an issue, but today, the service was horrible. I asked the employee if they take Apple Pay and she says rudely, “that’s what it says.” Proceeds to make my drink, slide it across the counter, “there you go.” I apologize for being an inconvenience. ??‍?
