I'm not very picky about my rice, but when it’s so hard it’s difficult to chew, or so soggy that water collects in the bowl, it becomes inedible. Unfortunately, I encounter one of these issues with the rice more often than not, which is the primary reason I can't give a better review. Additionally, the staff isn’t very friendly, which further detracts from the overall experience.

Unfortunately, this is the second time in the past month that I've found meat in my sofritas bowl. The first time, there was a sizable piece of chicken, and this time there were 4-5 pieces of pork mixed in with the sofritas. This is quite alarming for me as a vegetarian, since consuming meat makes me physically ill. I'm really disappointed that the vegetarian option here doesn't feel safe.
